Job Description
- Draft and prepare Share Application Form and Documentation
- Receive, sort and count applications and formulated share allotment information to the client for approval.
- Looking into the compliance exercise of subscription and acquisition according to Companies Act 2016 and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain the Members Register in accordance with the
- Companies Act 2016, the regulations and requirements of the Securities Commission of Malaysia, and any other relevant authorities.
- Liaise with shareholders, members of the Securities Commission Malaysia, and financial institutions relating to the shares of the Company.
- Process and register share transfers, as well as share certificate splitting and consolidation.
- Advise on share registration matters in connection with any corporate restructuring or exercises involving the shares of the Company.
- Generate tailor-made reports to track share movement.
- Assist in the distribution of dividends and other pay-outs to shareholders.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate on Corporate Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in Chinese is an added advantage.
