Job Description

  • Prepare tax returns & tax computations, perform filling, payment and all necessary paperwork in relation to the tax filing.
  • Prepare WHT, SST, payment for tax return.
  • Liaise with government authorities (include both LHDN and Customs) on tax matter.
  • Provide advice and support on tax matter to clients, which include identify tax risk and able to solve it.
  • Engage with clients’ auditors on tax matter.
  • Keep track of industry trends and changes related to tax updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documents.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting / Finance or Professional qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience relating to personal tax, corporate tax, withholding tax, Real Property Gain Tax as well as Sales & Service Tax.
  • Knowledge and experience in Transfer Pricing an added Advantage
  • Knowledge in the use of BrassTax software an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent analytical, time management and numeracy skills.
  • Believes that Commitment towards quality of work.
  • Believes in being a good team player.
  • Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role requires candidate to liaise with our Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Salary will commensurate with the relevant past experience.
