Job Description
- Work with company Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Assist in the development of fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Stay abreast with latest HR changes and update and recommending new policies, approaches, procedure, improvement.
- Maintaining company directory and organization chart.
- Prepare ad hoc report require by the management.
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
- Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Prepare the job offer letter and agreements for candidates.
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.Implement performance review procedures.
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current.
- Counseling employees as and when required.
- Assist and resolve team member and management queries.
- Managing employee affairs including discipline, grievance and etc.Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities to be assign from time to time by Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a certificate on Human Resources or related field.
- At least 3 years experiences is preferred.
Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in Chinese is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
