Job Description
- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events and Director’s personal matters.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.).
- Communicating with recruiters and other external parties such as statutory body.
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all employee’s queries.
- Perform full cycle of recruitment such as setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Conduct employee development initiatives (e.g. employee orientation, on-the-job training, training courses, or educational opportunities)
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, (i.e. holiday and sick days taken.)
- Leading resignation process includes exit interviews.
- Conduct performance evaluation and appraisal and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
- Monitor and renew all Company CEO or Director’s membership such as MIA, MAICSA, CTIM and SSM as well as ensuring sufficient CPD hours are obtained at all time.
- Supervise and ensure the smooth running of office operation and administration job activities such as inventory and stock purchase.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assign by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Certification in human resources, management or similar.
- Proven experience in Human Resource and Office Operation activities.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good organizational skills and ethical judgment.
- Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
